Fit 4 sports

This sports conditioning class offers a challenging and unique workout. Take your training to the next level or stay conditioned between sports. Workouts include conditioning, speed drills, flexibility, and strength training. This class is 50 minutes and runs Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4 to 5 p.m. This class is for members ages 8 to 14+.

Yo Cycle

Children build confidence, increase cardiovascular conditioning and endurance while cycling to your favorite music. The cycle portion of the class will be followed by 15 minutes of stretching for increased balance and flexibility. This class is 45 minutes and runs on Mondays from 4:15 to 5 p.m. This class is intended for members ages 8-14+ years.

Youth Strength & Cardiovascular Training

In an ongoing effort to keep our children engaged in regular physical activity, we offer instructional visits two days per week. Children learn how to safely and correctly use selected cardiovascular equipment and strength training equipment, along with proper stretching techniques and health and well-being center etiquette. Once fully trained, youth members will be able to use the strength and cardio equipment on their own. These classes run on Wednesdays from 5:15-6 p.m. and Saturday from 10:30- 11:30 a.m.

** Children ages 7-9 years old must always be accompanied by a parent or guardian while using equipment.
